Refund policy
We're confident that you will love all of what BRI JEWELRIES offers you, but we understand if you do not. Although we do not give refunds, we will strive to provide the best customer service. If you need to exchange your items, please reach out but know that you will pay for the returning fee.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange with a picture of the item you want to return for exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us via email at brijewelries@gmail.com or text message at 346-538-5878 for any concerns.
All items purchased during sales are considered a final sale. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.
